Delivery Information
Our delivery conditions apply exclusively. They apply to all our offers, sales, deliveries and services. If the customer had no opportunity to take note of them when concluding the contract, they still apply if the customer knew or should have known about them from previous transactions.
We do not recognize any terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from our delivery conditions. If we carry out the delivery or service incumbent upon us in knowledge of such terms and conditions of the customer, we thereby also do not recognize any terms and conditions of the customer that do not contradict our delivery conditions.
As a general rule, we only deliver the goods after we have received payment of the full invoice amount. After we have received payment, the goods will be dispatched immediately, unless there are special circumstances that prevent this. An example of this is if you are absent because of sales stands at events.
We reserve the right to choose the transport service provider. Requests to use a specific transport service provider - including from the definition of the delivery address, e.g. as a DHL Packstation - are only valid if we confirm this as the delivery address in the invoice created.
No verbal side agreements were made. All future changes to this contract must be set down in writing; this also applies to the cancellation of this text form clause. Our field staff are not authorized to cancel this text form verbally, so changes only become effective when they are confirmed in writing by the management or our sales department.
